Description Chad Jones 2021-01-08 02:58:05 UTC
SUMMARY

I noticed that Latte 0.9.11 does not recognize installed PWA web apps as stand-alone applications. It should add them to the dock with their own icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open a PWA in Chromium (such as https://radioparadise.com)
2. Click the (+) in the address bar to install as a PWA
3.

OBSERVED RESULT

The PWA icon does not appear in Latte Dock. Instead, a Chomium is added, grouped with all others.

EXPECTED RESULT

A new application icon taken from the PWA manifest should show in the dock and allow pinning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Latte is using plasma libtaskmanager. If you manage to make this to work somehow for plasma taskmanagers then Latte will do the same.
Comment 2 Michail Vourlakos 2021-03-06 16:39:03 UTC
you need to report this at Plasma TaskManager
