Ark does not display the year 9999

SUMMARY
Ark does not show the correct timestamp it always shows the year 2107 instead of the year 9999.

In the ZIP file is a .txt file that has the year 9999. The ZIP file was created on Windows 8.1 with 7-Zip (default setting).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Create a .txt file on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 with the year 9999

2. use 7-Zip on Windows and zip it to an archive. Use only the default setting of 7-Zip.

3. transfer this zip file to KDE neon 5.20 and open only the zip file with Ark.

4. Ark shows the wrong year and when the zip file is unzipped Dolphin also shows the same wrong year. In this case the wrong year 2107 instead of the correct year 9999.



OBSERVED RESULT
Ark displays the wrong year. It shows for a file with the year 9999 only the wrong year 2107.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect Ark to display the correct year and when the zip file is unzipped Dolphin must also display the correct year.

7-Zip on Windows displays the year 9999

When I unzip the file with 7-Zip on Windows.

Then Windows File Explorer also shows the correct year, so year 9999.

How do you create an archive with the year 9999? Can you please upload a test file?

By the way, why would you want to test the year 9999, instead of a more practical value like 2038?

A few days ago I created this report because I wanted to test in general if KDE neon 5.20 with Dolphin (File Manager) can display this timestamp.

Later I had the idea to test if KDE neon archive manager (Ark) can display a file with the year 9999 correctly. Unfortunately not.
