Created attachment 134463 [details] example_unfilled_bar SUMMARY Sometimes, when I download a file in a web browser, the progress pop-up will not fill the bar as the file is being downloaded. Attached is an example which shows an empty progress bar while a large fraction of the file has already been downloaded. The application icon does fill correctly though. I'm not sure what are the steps to reproduce.
