top-left of control bar a pixel is missing (red background)

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. bar bottom
2. adjust bar's width and center it
3. open menu

OBSERVED RESULT
when centered, the bar gets rounded corners (which is ok)
but when open menu the border radius remains,
-> and a pixel gets ignored


EXPECTED RESULT
fill beyond-border-radius when menu opened for smooth look

I guess the panel could un-round its rounded corner when there's an applet open that touches that corner.

This has since been fixed.
