If you change the primary display via the display configuration ui, or you plugin a monitor that is configured to be the primary when plugged in, the panel rightfully moves to the correct location, but the minimize and restore animation still acts like the panel is in the original location.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plugin external monitor or change primary display via display configuration ui.
2. minimize application
3. restore application

OBSERVED RESULT
Animation makes window appear to minimize the wrong location

EXPECTED RESULT
Animation makes the window appear to minimize to the task manager on the panel where it actually resides after the change.

I upgraded to latest manjaro stable which has 5.27.8 for all plasma components and reproduced the issue again.  With two monitors, start an application such as terminal, minimize the app, note that the animation shrinks the window down to the task manager.  Open display properties and change primary monitor, panel moves, now minimizing the existing terminal will shrink to where the task manager used to be, not where it has moved to.  New windows animate minimize to the new location correctly, existing windows do not.
