SUMMARY

Horizontal scroll bars appear when there is no reason to.
It happens in X11 as well as in Wayland.
It happens in all viewing categories ("Recently Played", "Frequently Played", "Albums", ..., "Radio") except "Now Playing".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open elisa in any viewing category except "Now Playing". 
2. observe the horizontal scroll bars at the bottom of each section.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The horizontal are useless since there is nothing to scroll (horizontally) and attempting to do so does nothing.
