Hello, I would like to know if you know any way to delete the tags.
I have created a lot of labels Dolphin that I no longer use and it is
impossible to delete them.

Yes, you delete a tag by un-tagging all files with it.

I Solve this Bug
In a terminal
balooctl  enable
I deleted in Dolphin a taged  files with it.
