SUMMARY
Make it possible to only resize larger images i Bqm.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add images to Bqm
2. Assign resize tool
3. Run queue

OBSERVED RESULT
All images are resized according to "length" in the resize tool


EXPECTED RESULT
Only larger images are resized.
