SUMMARY
When using the new 'automatic scene split' function via Clip Jobs, the scene split will process the clip but never makes a cut in the last 15% of the clip if 'cut scenes' is selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clip to project
2. Clip Jobs - Automatic Scene Split - enable 'Cut scenes', other values unchanged
3. Clip will show cuts up to about 85% through the clip, after that it won't have any additional cuts.

OBSERVED RESULT
When expanded, clip will show cuts up to 85% through, after that there will be no additional cuts and the rest has to be hand-cut.

Thanks for your report! I tried to reproduce, and first thought I could, but it was my footage… So please make sure this is not just an issue with a certain clip. Cuts are only well recognized if they are hard (no transitions).

However there are some major changes for the scene detection coming with the transition to MLT 7 (probably for 21.08)

The underlying system for scene detection has changed copmpletely now (will be in 21.08) please test with the nightly build if you still have this bug: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_Appimage_Build/
