SUMMARY
When the contents of a folder changes, Dolphin does not autorefresh but you have to press F5 to force a refresh


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder in Dolphin
2. Open LibreOffice and save a new file into the folder, or something like that
3. The file is not shown
4. You have to press F5 for the file to be shown

OBSERVED RESULT

The new file is not shown

EXPECTED RESULT

Dolphin should auto-refresh like modern file managers do (see Krusader)

Works for me. Do you have inotify enabled?

It started to work as expected. I cannot reproduce it anymore.

What is inotify?
