SUMMARY

Rotated second screen keeps the splash screen and cannot handle anything else than the mouse

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a principal screen at default
2. Set a second screen that you will rotate (otherwise it won't work in my experience)
3. Reboot and observe
