Hi,
For digikam 7.2.x and after, I would like to be able to copy from a source image the keywords, notes, geolocation, etc... to another image or group of images.
If possible by right-clic

Indeed, it can happen that at different times we take identical pictures, so it's quite annoying to have to put the tags again one by one.

I remember that Lightroom had this possibility (copy metadata with a choice of metadata to copy).

Thanks by advance

ok sorry searched "keywords" and "tag" but not "properties"

How do you imagine this function exactly?

1. If a single item has been selected, something like "Copy properties" is available in the right context menu.
2. After the selection, a window appears with checkboxes for selection such as Rating, Color label, Flags, Tags, GPS. -> OK
3. Now the entry "Paste properties" can be used on item/s in the right context menu.

Or should the selection window appear after "Paste properties" in order to make individual changes?

Yes the schema 1-2-3 looks good like a fork of the functionnality in adobe lightroom, but i don't remember how it worked because it's about 2 years that I left LR (to xnview, then Darktable and now Digikam since 1 year)
It's the only functionnality that is missing me in Digikam for my photo DAM sorting.
