SUMMARY
Konsole doesn't accept any special symbols/chars when using a different keyboard layout on Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select US - intl. with dead keys as keyboard layout
2. Try to enter special symbols: ~, ', ", etc.
3. Nothing happens on Wayland, but it does seem to work fine on X

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens on Wayland, but works in alternative apps like xterm.

EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole should accept special symbols
