In particular the "tmp" directories= =20 where not recreate which apparently are pivotal for the moving of mails. Suggestion: perhaps add a check that all cur/new/tmp - subdirectories of a= =20 maildir-directory exist and recreate if necessary/ warn the user? Thanks a bundle - kmail really is very nice by now!! See my followup - problem are the missing ..../tmp-directories. :-) Regards Holger > Regards > Michael H=E4ckel > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- > Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) > > iD8DBQE870tBe9KEPyN2R8URAlIvAJ9mPYmiEtRjhUmeqNhFBtWRDNqT+ACeP+QW > whpFsD9bMGxapThEYuqGAVg=3D > =3D8w2F > -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- I've submitted a patch to do exactly this - just waiting on feedback and/or committing. The patch is under Bug # 42547. It also fixes a more serious bug. --Russell On Saturday 25 May 2002 03:34 Holger Karl wrote: > Hi > > sorry to have bothered you - the source of the problem is that my > rsync-script does not recreate empty directories. The first 5-6 operations (moving folders) worked fine. Then it crashed. I added the information of the crashmanager. Created attachment 29934 [details]
