SUMMARY
Hover action is set to Highlight Window, works sometimes, sometimes it shows the preview panel when hovering

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tasks > Hover Dropdown, set to highlight
2. Hover over running app icon in dock, should highlight only. Change focused app a few times
3. Hover over app and has a chance of showing preview pane as well as highlight

OBSERVED RESULT
Hover over app and has a chance of showing preview pane as well as highlight


EXPECTED RESULT
Only Highlight

Appears to be fixed in the git master I compiled today
