SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. receive an invite from Google Calendar to join a meeting that includes a meet.google.com field (i.e. be invited to a Google Meet call)
2. accept the invite – regardless of whether through gmail.com or KMail

The same happens if you initiate that invite yourself through https://calendar.google.com

OBSERVED RESULT

The calendar entry in KOrganizer does not show the Google Meet URL to the meeting/call.

Typically this results in everyone else wondering why you’re not on the call or complain because you are asking for the missing URL, when they clearly included it in the first place.

EXPECTED RESULT

Have that link show somewhere.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro 20.2
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.76.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The entry for Google Meeting seems like it is using either a non-standard vCalendar field or does not export that data to vCalendar at all.
