SUMMARY
After updating to 5.20.3 could not restart via GUI, got the kmlogoutgreeter error and crash.  Had to restart via terminal.  No other issues.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Major updates to the KDE plasma DE

OBSERVED RESULT
Is intermittent.  Sometimes updates cause this, sometimnes updates do not.

Seems to come and go.   Will go several updates without issue, then I'll get one and have to reboot via terminal
