SUMMARY
When opening a 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install FerenOS on KVM.
2. apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
3. Open systemsettings5

OBSERVED RESULT
Side bar has a black screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
No solid black screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
kcmshell5 qtquicksettings Rendering Backend ->Software fixes the blackscreen for me.

Does the dupe have more to do with the NVIDIA drivers?
