SUMMARY
When you drag and drop a file a dialog similar to the right click dialog appears but that dialog doesn't have the same borders around it.
This doesn't not impact usability in any way but it is inconsistent with the rest of the similar dialogs throughout plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use the breeze dark theme
2. drag and drop a file in dolphin
3. see that the dialog does not have a border
