SUMMARY
Dolphin and other KDE Applications are saving thumbnails of encrypted files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new Plasma Vault. (I found this problem when using gocryptfs for the encryption)
2. Browse the files in dolphin or another application that saves thumbnails.
3. Close the vault
3. Go into .cache/thumbnails and see the thumbnails of encrypted files

OBSERVED RESULT
I could view thumbnails of files that should be encrypted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Thumbnails should be disabled in KDE Applications for vaults or they should be deleted when the vault is closed.
