STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Correction: Sorry I meant to say the spacebar does not work for dragging with a touchpad for a dell latitude touchpad. Sorry that is the key I meant to refer to.


OBSERVED RESULT
shows the hand, but doesn't drag

Please don't make another bug report. I have already explained in my reply to your other report that panning with the spacebar works fine on my lenovo yoga; this is a setup issue, not a bug in Krita.
