Launched partitionmanager as normal user from terminal. Just freezes:
$ partitionmanager 
Loaded backend plugin:  "pmsfdiskbackendplugin"

Running partitionmanager-4.2.0-1 from manjaro official repositories.

Ok it's fixed. What happened is that root password was prompted in the background, and didn't see the dialog until noticed a new icon on taskbar.
