SUMMARY
When you add a keyboard shortcut to "Add hold frame" it only adds 1 then deselects. Adding a hold column works perfectly fine but adding a hold frame does not. 

I am working on a proffessional animation for my final year of University. I am using Krita and I think once it is published it could lead a lot of people to check it out.However I can not reccomend it because of this 1 bug. Please fix in your next update.
