SUMMARY
Ksystemlog prevents saving settings: "apply" button is grayed out, and clicking ok saves none.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change any setting
2. Click on ok
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Settings are not retained. "Apply" is not available.

EXPECTED RESULT
The opposite, of course.
