Description postix 2020-12-06 16:10:07 UTC
SUMMARY

I use a Wacom Intuos M tablet and interacting with it on Plasma works fine.

However, while I can use the pen to click on buttons on a notification, closing them by tipping on the (X) does not work.

Would be great if this worked!

Operating System: Manjaro Linux

Works here with a tablet.

Do you know if you are using the wayland session?
Does the button look like it's being hovered when you do it?
Can you include a screenshot?

Note you can use:
notify-send test -t 100000

to create notifications

It's X11. I could also test is on Wayland.

When I hover the notification with the pen the timer is reset but the close button (X) is not highlighted when hovered.

Please see the screen recording.

I tested it on a 2nd laptop with a Manjaro KDE system as well, but there I was not able to reproduce it. I will close it and hope that this bug (among others) will be gone once I reinstall everything next year.
