When I open KDE Partition Manager, the 'Scanning devices window' override 'Authentication Required window', 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open KDE Partition Manager


OBSERVED RESULT
the 'Scanning devices window' override 'Authentication Required window'

EXPECTED RESULT
the Authentication Required window shell override Partition Manager window(include Scanning devices windows)
