buttons in GNOME Disks

SUMMARY
Whenever using a GTK3 program that doesn't use the system titlebar (e.g. Chrome/Chromium or Firefox), the buttons are either enlarged or cut off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a program that uses GTK3
2. Turn off an option similar to "Use system titlebar and borders" (if not already disabled)

OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons are enlarged or cut off, and also lose any shape applied by the theme (if any)

Buttons are round and small (in the case of this theme)
