SUMMARY
there are two actions (New Tab, New Tab) that want to use the same shortcut (Ctrl+T). This is most probably a bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start dolphin
2. Message appears before dolphin starts

That's long fixed, please use recent versions when reporting issues.
