SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mount iso by right-clicking
2. There is no tab/window opening with the contents of the ISO.But Devices show a new entry. One can also cross-check with bare mount command that iso is indeed mounted. It is mounted on the user node at /run/media. But not navigable.
Assume root permissions and navigate to the node. Contents can indeed be read.
Also as user,one can unmount the mounted ISO by right-clicking.
3. But the user cannot read the ISO content as user.

OBSERVED RESULT
But the user cannot read the ISO content as user.


EXPECTED RESULT
1. A new tab/window opens with the contents of the ISO
2. User is able to read/play the content.

Why do you need root permissions to navigate to the mounted volume? Do you have something set up to require root?

This seems to be problem with how permissions are set up on the iso.

Could you show what `ls -alh` do when you are able to navigate as root to the mounted iso directory ?

Firstly, sorry I did not monitor the bug submitted.

I seem to have had an update in between. And today, this feature is working for me. I can browse the new device that appears after 'mount the iso'.
