I think that the problem is in KDE connect on PC rather than on smartphone. Therefore, how could I downgrade KDE Neon Kde connect? Indeed, the problem was on PC: the firewall! Solved following these instructions: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?t=139460 that is: Open gufw from app launcher Go to the Rules tab Click the [+] button to add a new rule Select the direction "Both" Select category "Network: Select Application "KDE connect" Click "Add" |
