This is a bug in Gravit Designer not properly registering itself to handle that mimetype. This could be a bug in the app itself if the developer wrote the app's .desktop file incorrectly, or it could be a packaging bug upstream in Ubuntu, in the event that they wrote it wrong. Please contact one of them about it. :) |
SUMMARY KDE Neon doesn't recognize files of application "Gravit Designer" (".gvdesign" extension) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install application Gravit Designer. Download here: https://www.designer.io/ 2. If you try to open a file, this is open with application "ARK". EXPECTED RESULT That when double clicking on a file in the application, it opens with Gravit That when you do double click on a SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE NEON 20.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.76.0 Qt Version: 5.15.1
