SUMMARY

I have tried going into `Menu --> Configure Keyboard Shortcuts` but there is no way that I see to be able to make a shortcut key to make a new text document. I make text documents all the time and this would save me so much effort! This would preferably be the F8 key. I tried looking in the shortcut scheme export but there was nothing there for creating a new file either, just `create_dir=F10`. Thank you =)
