I get a WhatsApp message
Kdeconnect notifies me of it
A while later, I get to the phone and unlock it
Kdeconnect sends the same notification again

Similar if a there are several messages from the same sender: instead of each message appearing separate, the notification grows and grows always including the previous messages

Additionally, it would be nice if dismissing the notifcations on the phone dismisses the notifications on the desktop as well.

Agreed, this behavior is quite annoying. The notifications are very useful to me, but I have to disable them altogether to avoid the duplicate spam.
