SUMMARY
System got updated from 5.19 to 5.20.After the update Krunner is very slow.Hitting the Key combo will launch Krunner instantly with previous history, but then on typing there is a delay and sluggishness in finding the results

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krunner with ALT+F2
2. Type anything
3. Clear everything

OBSERVED RESULT
ALT + F2 Launches Krunner instantly,but on typing for a result its very slow ,it takes a few seconds delay to display the typed query on the launcher and it takes some more noticable time to get the results

EXPECTED RESULT

On typing anything on the launcher it should list the results quickly without any sluggishness

Can you reproduce this with the "Search" plasmoid?

The Search function is working properly in 'Search' Plasmoid, no issues

No,cant reproduce with the issue with "Search" Plasmoid. 
The functionality  is working as expected in Search Plasmoid.
Search is okay with the "Search" plasmoid

Hmm, you have frameworks 5.75, there might have been issues with the spinner. I am not sure if this is the cause of the problems or just a symptom.

Do you have any runners disabled/additional runners installed?

Nope.no additional runners

Its working ok now. Few days ago system got some minor kf5 and qt5 updates
