SUMMARY
Apparently Pictures in Places comes from kio5.pot and refers to the folder Images in the Home folder of the user. In localized Home folders Images is localized.
In my view it is wrong to have two names, Pictures and Images, referring to the same folder. Better would be to have one place with the translation for the name of the folder with images.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Dolphin
2. In places the term Pictures appears when clicking on it the folder Images is opened.

In English, the word "Pictures" is always used. Seems like a translation issue.
