Seems like Konsole crashed while tail -f a activly updated log file.  Nothing unusle in the log just a lot of data getting tailed.

There are no debug symbols and nothing Konsole related in your bt.  There's not much to do unless there's a reproducible crash.

Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it was reported on an older version, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a more recent software version?
