Description Kenton Tofte 2020-11-22 18:14:11 UTC
SUMMARY
If multiple Falkon windows are open across virual desktops in KDE, opening the "Save file as..." dialogue in Falkon gathers them all together into the current desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an instance of Falkon
2. Switch to another virtual desktop in KDE
3. Open another instance of Falkon
4. Navigate to a website where a file can be downloaded (e.g. falkon.org/download)
5. Click a link to download a file
6. Dialogue pops up asking what Falkon should do with file, select "Save" and click "OK"
7. "Save file as..." dialogue pops up

OBSERVED RESULT
The first Falkon window opened in the first desktop suddenly appears in the second desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Each Falkon window should stay in the virtual desktop where it's opened unless otherwise moved.

I did not manage to reproduce this under OpenBox, will try again in Plasma some time later, maybe some kwin rules are doing that (there are many defaults which I do not like).
