SUMMARY
When setting a manual proxy socks proxy server with an IPv6 address, the address is ignored

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Open network settings
3. Set a valid SOCKS proxy with an IPv6 address
4. Apply and close system settings
5. Open system settings
6. Open network settings
7. SOCKS proxy field is blank and port is reset to 0

OBSERVED RESULT
After closing and repopening system setting and entering network settings, the proxy field and port have been reset to blank and 0, respectively

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to access a SOCKS proxy with IPv6

It doesn't matter if a numeric IPv6 address or a host name referring to an IPv6 address is used
