SUMMARY

The thumbnail of removed SDDM background wallpaper always shows up again, even if no wallpaper is chosen. This happens after a reboot as well as when you temporarily select a different SDDM theme and then the Breeze theme again.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a SDDM background wallpaper for Breeze and apply
2. Reboot
3. Delete the SDDM background wallpaper in the system settings and apply
4. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT

The SDDM desktop wallpaper is gone, there's now blue background.
However, if you open the system settings, the desktop wallpaper thumbnail of the removed wallpaper shows up again.


EXPECTED RESULT

The green placeholder thumbnail is displayed in the system settings as there's no wallpaper chosen.

Also I expected that the original SDDM theme background would be used, otherwise a it'd be more convenient to choose a custom color.

Cannot reproduce because the SDDM page has been overhauled. :-)
