SUMMARY
Whenever files are being copied, the notification shows, for example, "4 of 100 files".

However, for example, when 1091316 files have been copied, it shows as "1.09131e+06 of 1,495,265 files".
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy more than a million files at once 

OBSERVED RESULT
"1.09131e+06 of 1,495,265 files".

EXPECTED RESULT
"1,091,316 of 1,495,265 files".

That notification is managed by notification applet in plasma-workspace.
