SUMMARY
I can not restore any application from Icon-only Task Manger when there are two instances opened of this application, and another application is active. This happens when I am on a Wayland session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two instances of Dolphin.
2. Open another application.
3. Click on Dolphin icon from Icon-only Task Manager.

OBSERVED RESULT
You can switch back to Dolphin from Icon-only Task Manager.

EXPECTED RESULT
To switch back to Dolphin.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.20 User Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When Dolphin is active, you can switch between its instances without any issues, but when another application is active, you can not switch back to Dolphin.
