STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Press the button “New” in the dialogue “Branch Manager” after a name was specified.

OBSERVED RESULT
The error message “You must select a base branch from the list before creating a new branch.” is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
I can continue development on the specified branch immediately (without switching to other tools for such functionality).
