See affected apps

SUMMARY
Some Qt apps fail to show the correct breeze widget style and seem to use the old win95 instead. I say "seem" since I'm not sure about what they actually use.
Happens with 2 apps so far, I can't seem to find other, one of which I know is a Qt4 app (and I think this can be related).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Qt (4?) app
2. See widget style
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Widget style does not match Breeze nor Qvantum.

EXPECTED RESULT
Of course windows should all stick to the Qt widget style selected. This was normal before upgrading to Fedora 33.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 33
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75 (also 5.73)
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've tried reverting to Breeze from Qvantum with no luck.
Screenshot attached for you to better understand the problem.

If the context here is qt4/kde4 applications, then this is a downstream issue resolved by update,

Thank you Rex, I really think it's qt4 related.

If I wanted to stick to non-testing repos, how long is this going to take to go out as standard updates, according to you?
