SUMMARY
Scrolling direction moves in the opposite direction on the KDE settings app, whil other apps act as usual.

Scroll speed is not controllable on non-KDE apps

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma-wayland session
2. Log in to Plasma wayalnd session
3. open firefox and KDE settings app
4. scroll in KDE settings app(should follow natural scrolling)
5. scroll in Firefox(should scroll in the opposite direction)
6. Change scroll speed in the setttings app
7. Scroll in firefox

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling in the KDE settings app and other applications move in the opposite direction.

Scroll speed is not controllable in non KDE apps

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling direction should be consistant.

Scrolling speed should be consistant.
