SUMMARY
(I apologize if this was already mentioned and/or if this is in the wrong area. I couldn't find any similar bugs as this is my first bug report.)

Every so often this distorted box forms around my cursor and disappears at different areas of my monitor. I can move the mouse to one side of the monitor and the box appears as if it's sliding in and out from under an invisible sheet of paper and when I move it back I get my normal cursor. If I try and do a screen capture the box do not appear (I had to use my phone to capture the glitch). The only way I was able to get rid of it was to use power management to put the monitor in standby mode or restart my system.

I've also tried using CTRL+ALT+F2,CTRL+ALT+F1 to drop to console and back, even restarted the window manager multiple times, but it still appears.

I have a Radeon RX 5700 XT driving two 1080P monitors both connected via DisplayPort using the AMDGPU drivers. I've seen this before using an Nvidia Card but, it was not as frequent as this.

Update:
I'm still using the RX 5700 XT, but have a single 3440x1440 monitor. I'm assuming that the glitch is caused by the AMDGPU driver as it's still present as of this date.
Currently running KDE 5.21.4 using kernel 5.11.14-1-MANJARO. I'm just not certain where to submit the report, but I feel it's not on KDE's end as it don't happen with a Nvidia GPU.
