Yesterday I saw this problem on neon unstable. My wallpaper disappeared for some unknown reason, it was replaced with a black background, then the bug shown in your screenshot began. We haven't seen this being an issue for a while, it looks like the wallpaper in plasmashell may be at fault and changes were made nearer this time. Please reopen if this can be reproduced with Plasma 5.26 or newer. |
