We're not trying to copy Windows, and we're not going to re-brand our own apps to copy the name of competing software on a different platform. Sorry. :) Win+E is a standard shortcut that is used by KDE. So its a logigal to conform to this standard. (In reply to Kowalsky from comment #2) > Win+E is a standard shortcut that is used by KDE. It will be confusing (and boring) if every desktop environment names their default file manager "Explorer". Imagine Thunar, GNOME Files (Nautilus), PCManFM and Dolphin being renamed to "(DE's name) Explorer". |
