There are two actions (Bold, Add Bookmark) that want to use the same shortcut (Ctrl+B). This is most probably a bug message appears when launching

I've just tested this on openSUSE Tumbleweed and I can't replicate the issue. I wonder if it's limited to Neon.

I've just tested this built with kdesrc-build and I can't reproduce the issue. It must have been an issue on KDE Neon only.
