I repeated the same steps and there are 2 Add new Account Buttons. I do not know if this in intentional to highlight when there are no accounts configured.

yes, it's true that there are two buttons that do the same.

Whether that's an actual issue is debatable though.

The button in the bottom right is always present, the one in the middle only when there is no account configured at all.

Having a button in the PlaceHolderMessage to "resolve" the situation is a common pattern. The other button needs to exist as well since we need a way to add a second/third/... account.

Technically it would be trival to hide the corner button when the other one is visible, but I'm not sure I want to
