I've just re-assigned Browse to Ctrl Shift F11 (from ESC) and closed and re-opened Gwenview and I can use the shortcut. Just to confirm please you are opening Gwenview, going to Settings > Configure Keyboard Shortcut and clicking the None button for Browse and applying your preferred shortcut then clicking OK? Yes. And it works now. Not sure what happened there. But once I reopened the program it worked. Should mention that I just upgraded Kubuntu. So this could very well be unrelated to the program itself. Because like I said, my custom shortcuts work fine now. Sorry for wasting your time. Unless this happens again, I guess this bug report can be closed. Not need to apologise, thanks for taking the time to report it. No problem. Btw. Off-topic real quick. I know this ain't really the place for feature requests. But you know when you use the arrow keys to browse through the photos in view mode. If you hold the key down, a new image doesn't appear until you release the key. Would it be possible to make the images scroll as the key is pressed down? That'd be a very useful feature. Just an idea. (In reply to Chris from comment #4) > No problem. > Btw. The bug tracker does have a wishlist priority for things so feel free to submit a new bug as a feature request. Ah I didn't realize that. Thank you! |
